Fenwick Island State Park sits on a three-mile long barrier island and is known to locals as "the quiet beach." Here you can find sandy-white shores and all the activities that accompany them. Surfing is especially popular, and so is paddling since rental kayaks are readily available. Before leaving, please be kind enough to put your trash in one of the many barrels provided. Doing so prevents water pollution known as "marine debris."
