Visit "The First Town in the First State" this fall for the longtime tradition of Delaware Coast Day, an award-winning festival celebrating all things Delaware Bay. Some of the many attractions will include:

- hands-on exhibits and touch tanks
- ship and laboratory tours
- lectures on popular topics
- a treasure hunt
- a crab cake cook-off
- seafood chowder challenge
- seafood cooking demonstrations
- a boat show
- food, shopping and much more

This family-friendly event attracts upward of 10,000 visitors each year, making it the region's largest ecotourism event by far. Count yourself among them when you visit the tent housing the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, the founders of ecoDelaware.com. We'd love to hear your feedback.

Be sure to book your hotel room early, as many lodgings fill up fast for this highly anticipated festival. For more information on this free celebration, please call (302) 831-8083 or dive into www.CEOE.UDel.edu/CoastDay.
